– For making my wooden pasta boards I use solid walnut, solid cherry, oak and solid maple wood. NO ANY CHEMICAL DYE!
– Each board includes one garganelli mattarelli (rolling pin) 10 mm diameter. You can also add to the pasta board a set of the 4 rolling pins diam 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 45 mm & length 200mm. All rolling pins are also made from solid cherry, walnut and maple).
