The roller has a knob with 9 levels of adjustment. Gently pull out the knob and rotate it to set the dough thickness you want for the roller.

Use labor-saving crank to drive the cutter or roller

Make the dough by mixing the eggs and flour in the right proportions.

Repeat with the rollers until the dough is the right thickness. It is recommended to gradually reduce the thickness.

Move the drive handle to the cutter and select the desired noodle width to make the noodles.

Remove residual dough after use and wipe with a dry towel. Do not wash with water!

ADJUSTABLE 9 THICKNESS ROLLER – The roller has a knob with 9 levels of adjustment. Gently pull out the knob and rotate it to set the dough thickness you want for the roller. The thickest is 2.5mm, the thinnest is 0.25mm, and the bigger the number, the thicker it is. When using, we recommend that the thickness of the roller gradually change from thick to thin. 150mm wide roller is very suitable for manual pasta making.
